The French have a love affair with food and drink and the eating establishments of Paris are designed to enable the Parisiennes to have what they want, when they want it and at a reasonable cost. Take a little time to read about what is available and where; understand the traditions, vocabulary, peculiarities and foibles of eating out in Paris to enhance your own enjoyment of the experience and to help prevent those little misunderstanding that can occur when attempting to sample another culture.
